Mr Daniel Ang Kok Ser

Daniel has an MA in Education and Human Development, Graduate Diploma in Solution Focused Therapy and a trainer Masterclass Level practitioner of Ericksonian Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. He is a certified Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner. He has worked with schools for more than 7 years and has piloted an Education Resilience Programme, Solution Focused Brief Therapy as well as Restorative Justice as a philosophy in practice in the various schools. He is the Executive Director of Lutheran Community Care Services Ltd. The Organisation is well known as a practitioner of Solution focused Brief Therapy approach and an advocate for Restorative Justice in practice.

Ms Goh Chor Siang

Chor Siang is the Head of Centre for Restorative Practice. She has a Master in Guidance and Counselling, Bachelor of Science major in Applied Psychology and Bachelor of Science major in Mathematics and Physics. She was formerly a Senior Rehabilitation Officer working in the Girls’ Home under MCYS before becoming senior counsellor with LCCS. She is passionate lady who will go the extra mile in touching the lives of the children and youths she works with. She has more than 10 years of experiences working with children and youths. Her expertises include individual and group counselling as well as conducting assembly talks and parenting talks.

Ms Christina Ang Bee Yan

Christina Ang is the Head of Family Work Services. She has a Master in Counselling from Edit Cowan University. She graduated from NUS Bachelor of Science in 1986. She has more than 10 years of experience in wokring with couple.

Mr Richard Lei

Richard manages the Finance department and comes with 5 years of working experience under his belt. A well-organised, detailed and friendly person, Richard is a joy to work with.

Mr Justin Mui

Justin Mui, graduated with an Honours Degree in Psychology from University of Wales. He started work with LCCS as an intern in 2007. Since then he has moved up the rank and now heads the Students Work Services to delivery the Enhanced Step Up Programme and the Social Emotional Learning Programme.

Ms Daphne Toh

Daphne graduated with a Bachelor in Social Work from UniSim in 2010. She started as an intern with LCCS in 2008 while undergoing the professional conversion scheme training. She Co-head the Ehanced Steup Programme and the Scoail emotional Learning Curriculum.
